Carter Jenkins turns 23 today. It’s hard to believe Carter’s been acting for over 10 years now. His birthday is the perfect occasion to show just how much the actor’s grown up. For his role in 2010’s Valentine’s Day, Carter revealed quite a bit of himself as his character attempts a grand romantic gesture requiring him to be naked, only to be caught by his girlfriend’s mother instead. Carter’s nudity in the scene was brief and only partial, but certainly a welcome treat in the film.
