Noah Segan celebrates his 31st birthday today and given that it’s Horror Hunks month, it’s the perfect time to spotlight Someone’s Knocking at the Door. Noah stars as one of a group of drug-abusing med students who fall victim to a pair of twisted serial killers when they return to the medical school where they were once test subjects. Jordan Lawson and Jon Budinoff also play med students who come to gruesome ends when they are seduced by a women who turns into the disturbed killer (played by Ezra Buzzington) who uses his monstrous penis to kill his victims. While Noah appears only shirtless in the film, Jordan is featured in rear and frontal nude scenes. Ezra Buzzington also has a few flashes of rear nudity.
