Last night’s new episode of NBC’s freshman political drama State of Affairs got recurring actor Farshad Farahat out of his shirt. The third episode finds his character, Omar Fatah, subjected to torture after being captured. Farahat appears shirtless in just one scene of the episode, titled “Half the Sky.”
