Penn Badgley turns 28 today, making him our man of the moment. Penn has conquered television with his hit series Gossip Girl. He’s also known for his roles in films like John Tucker Must Die and The Stepfather. Penn also starred in the 2010 hit comedy, Easy A, where he played the eventual love interest of Emma Stone. In the film, Penn’s character is known as Woodchuck Todd due to his role as school mascot. His best costume, however, is the swim trunks he sports for the scene where he emerges from the pool.
