The Happy Sad follows two couples who find their relationships changing as they become more intertwined. Marcus (Leroy McClain) is in a relationship with Aaron (Charlie Barnett), but carrying on a sexual relationship with bi-curious Stan (Cameron Scoggins), while Stan’s own heterosexual relationship with Annie (Sorel Carradine) is further confused by Annie’s growing interest in another woman. The film features some brief, but good nude moments from all three actors, including a frontal glimpse from Leroy McClain.
