In 2014, The Young & the Restless added the talents of hunky Scott Elrod to the daytime drama’s cast. Scott showed up as the villainous Joe Clarke, looking to shake things up in Genoa City. Scott went the whole year without a shirtless scene but that was quickly rectified in 2015. Scott was featured in just a towel for one scene during the January 7th episode of the soap opera and didn’t disappoint, as he showed off his great chest.
Sean Carrigan got shirtless and wet on The Young & the Restless earlier this month. His character, Stitch, finds himself hungover given his recent drama and that leads his new friend Ashley to throw him into a cold shower. Stitch pulls her in and the cold shower turns steamy between the two during the December 8th episode. The episode that follows features Sean shirtless for an additional scene, as Stitch wakes up without his shirt after the previous hour’s shenanigans.

Joshua Morrow is one of the longest-reigning soap hunks on daytime, given his twenty-year career on The Young & the Restless. Joshua’s still going strong when it comes to shirtless action as well. On the November 20th episode of the soap, his character, Nick Newman, found himself drowning his sorrows amidst another family crisis. With the arrival of his old friend, Grace, it doesn’t take long for the two to get hot and heavy, before Nick ultimately stops himself from going too far.
One of The Young & the Restless’ best new additions has been Sean Carrigan. The hunky actor plays disgraced doctor, Ben ‘Stitch’ Russell whose past has come back to haunt him. With two women interested in romancing him and an overbearing mother running around town (played by Meredith Baxter), it’s nice to see Sean still has time to ditch his shirt, as seen in the episode from October 30th.
One of the best parts of The Young & the Restless this Summer has been the introduction of Matthew Atkinson. The hunky actor plays Austin Travers, who comes to Genoa City looking for revenge, which puts him at odds with most of the city’s residents, except for Summer (played by Hunter King). Sparks fly between the two, meaning that despite Austin’s bad deeds, he’s had ample opportunities to get shirtless the last few months. With his character now married to Summer and Austin’s motives appearing to be not-so-dangerous, here’s hoping Matthew sticks around for quite some time to come.
